All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for larger orders
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our commercial-grade fitness equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of Olympic bars, weight benches, cable machines, or other professional equipment, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Boxing Gloves & Pads
  • Battle Ropes

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Details of item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

Once received:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
  • Returns: Refund processed to original payment method

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equipment:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
