Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boxing Gloves & Pads
- Battle Ropes (due to potential wear from testing)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive your return:
- Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- For exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
- For returns: Your refund will be processed according to the method below
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
