Our Sissy Squat has a very small footprint but leaves a huge impact on any member’s leg day routine. The bench keeps your legs vertical and holds you in place whilst you perform free standing squats. To challenge yourself further try adding weight plates, kettlebells, or even a fixed barbell on your back for extra resistance. If you haven’t tried it yet it’s one of the best exercises for developing that deep “tear drop” look to your quads as it truly isolates them.
We made this sissy squat with 3 adjustable positions so that you have options when it comes to choosing the most optimal position to exercise from. Additional padding can also be found on the rollers and pad to give your calf’s an added layer of comfort during intense exercise sessions. Designed to keep legs secure in a set position our sissy eliminates use of other muscle groups so can solely focus on the movement at hand. A large foot plate is also added for better grip and to provide a solid base to squat on.
