The half rack features 8 stainless steel storage pins which keeps weight plates neatly stored when not in use and allows for convenient weight swap between sets. Included with this half rack are pairs of spotter arms and J-hooks which can be adjusted to 18 different racking positions depending on the exercise being performed. These features allow you to train safely without the need for a spotter and helps to prevent damage to equipment or the rack.
